Unlike conventional base/catalyst sealers, CeramoSeal BC Sealer utilises the moisture naturally present in the dentinal tubules to initiate its setting reaction. This highly radiopaque and hydrophilic sealer forms hydroxyapatite upon setting and chemically bonds dentine and provide high bond to gutta percha points. CeramoSeallBC Sealer has a highly alkaline pH and unlike traditional sealers,CeramoSeal BC Sealer exhibits absolutely zero shrinkage.

Composition:
Silicone dioxide, aluminum oxide, calcium oxides(M.T.A) titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate. In special particle size distribution of nano and micro size.
Indication:
Obturation of root canal cavity either single cone technique or condensation technique
Apexification and Retrograde filling (putty type)
Perforations and resorption
Pulp Capping

Application:
Make routine isolation of teeth
Unlike many sealers, this product is hydrophilic and setting is enhanced with slight moisture, so you don’t have to over dry the surface
For routine root canal obturation.
Make regular endodontic procedures, and select the master cone.
Insert the tip of the needle as deep into the canal as you can, and withdraw the plunger as you move backward.
To ensure reaching the full working length, use endodontic file or similar instrument.
Apply Ceramoseal to the gutta-percha points and insert it to the final position.
Side effects:
Side effects are extremely rare including hypersensitivity.
Storage:
Always close the syringe immediately after use. It is recommended to withdraw the plunger shortly after use and clean the nozzle of the syringe needle.
For professional use only, store in dry condition, below 25 oC with tightly closed pack.
