Endostar NT2 NiTi Two Rotary System is used for root canal preparation with conventional method.

1. Prepare the cavity using rubber dam.
2. Locate all root canals. Fill out the canal orifice with liquid. Restore patency of all canals about 2 - 3mm from the apex with K-file 15. In the case of very curved and narrow canals use hand instrument size 6, 8, or 10.
3. Determine the working length of the root canal using hand file, X-ray or apex-locator.
4. Develop the canal orifice using rotary files with greater taper (6 or 8) or use Peeso or Gates reamers.
5. Start preparation with a file taper 2 size 20, develop full working length, and subsequently work with instruments 2/25, 2/30, etc. until the desired size is reached.
6. Frequently rinse the root canal.

The number of use:

If Endostar NT2 NiTi Two Rotary System files are not deformed: instruments for sizes 2/20, 2/25, 2/30 and 2/35 can be used 2-3 times,

of files with sizes 2/40, 2/45 can be used 3-4 times, instruments for sizes 2/50 and 2/55 can be used 4-5 times.The recommended rotational speed is 150 - 300 rev / min.
